Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended.

1. Data controller

2. What data we process
- Personal and contact details: first name, last name, phone number, email, provided through the contact form, by phone, via WhatsApp or in person.
- Health data (special categories, art. 9 GDPR): clinical information needed to provide dental services, collected in the course of the care relationship.
- Browsing data: technical data collected automatically while you browse the site (see the Cookie Policy).
3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Health data
Health data are processed exclusively by healthcare staff bound by professional secrecy, or under their responsibility, for the purposes of prevention, diagnosis and treatment. We ask you not to enter detailed medical information in the contact form: clinical matters will be discussed in person, in a confidential setting.
5. Processing methods and security
Data are processed using paper and electronic tools, with appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure their confidentiality, integrity and availability. Data collected through the website are stored on servers located in the European Union.
6. Recipients of the data
Data may be disclosed to parties acting as data processors (e.g. IT and hosting service providers, dental laboratories, consultants) or to parties to whom disclosure is required by law. Data are not disseminated or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
7. Transfer of data outside the European Union
The data controller does not transfer data outside the European Union. Should this become necessary, it will only take place where the safeguards provided for in Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR are in place.
8. Retention period
- Contact data for requests not followed by a care relationship: up to 24 months.
- Health data and clinical records: for the period required by the applicable sector regulations.
- Data for tax and accounting obligations: 10 years.
9. Your rights
As a data subject, you may exercise at any time the rights provided for in Articles 15–22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal).

10. Complaints to the supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), if you believe that the processing of your data infringes applicable law.

12. Changes to this policy
The data controller reserves the right to update this policy. The version in force is always published on this page, together with the date of the last update.
